The shoes , Garments any Product did not fit you correctly and you want a different size. Find exchange instructions below There was a factory defect in the shoe, Garments and other Products. We check each shoe before sending it, if in any case you find a defect in the shoes please send them back to us and we would send a replacement immediately.
To exchange a Product, follow these simple instructions
1.Send us a mail at sales@hussnainshop.com , highlighting the reason for exchange. If you want us to send a different size, please mention it also. 2.Send us the defected Product To Us. 3. As soon as we receive your exchange we would dispatch a replacement and email you informing about it.
To return a Products for exchange, follow these simple instructions. Send us a mail at sales@hussnainshop.com , highlighting the reason for exchange. Also mention your order details so that we can send the exchanged item.
As soon as we receive your exchange we would inspect it for defects and once approved, we would send you the exchange immediately through the most convenient and fastest method.

5. Return Policy:
Since all products we sell are brand new and packed by the manufacturer, once sold, they are non-refundable / non-exchangable. In an event that there is a manufacturer defect, you can send it to HUSSNAINSHOP.COM for warranty claim. When sending the product for warranty claim, please make a note of the following:
- Include the original packing slip and original invoice issued when the product was delivered
- If a product is damaged, altered or modified as a result of misuse, abuse, or attempted repair or customer re-work, it cannot be returned in warranty.
- Please package your returns carefully! Merchandise that is incomplete or damaged in return shipment may not be eligible for warranty.
- We recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking to ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse.
- We will assume that if you order products from us, you have read the above, understand and agree to it. If you are a minor, then your parents or guardians have read, understand and agree to this warranty and are solely responsible for your actions
